The Special Assistant on Emergency Response to the Ondo State Governor, Hon (Prince) Wellington Oriade Adebawo, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to His Excellency, Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, and His Excellency, Deputy Governor Olayide Adelami, mni, on the occasion of their swearing-in/inauguration as the 7th elected Governor and Deputy Governor of Ondo State.

In his congratulatory message, Hon Adebawo remarked: "This signifies a significant milestone following over a year as Governor, shortly after the passing of Governor Rotimi Akeredolu. The past year has been remarkably eventful and fruitful. This new phase promises maximum benefits of democracy to all residents of Ondo State."

He expressed optimism that the governor would further enhance opportunities for youth employment and empowerment, spearhead a revolution in the agricultural sector, and catalyse increased investments in the state for the welfare of all.

Adebawo reiterated his steadfast support for Governor Aiyedatiwa, vowing to collaborate diligently with the administration in promoting the interests of the people of Ilaje and the state at large, while urging all residents and stakeholders to rally behind the governor, ensuring them that Aiyedatiwa's leadership will usher in even greater positive change. In his address: "As we bear witness to this historic occasion, I implore all stakeholders to give maximum support to Governor Aiyedatiwa in constructing a more prosperous Ondo State. Undoubtedly, our governor is a visionary leader poised to revolutionise all sectors of the state."

Expressing confidence in the Aiyedatiwa/Adelami-led government, Wellington, expressed his unwavering faith in their ability to meet the populace's expectations, elevate Ondo State to greater heights, and leave it in a superior state than they met it.

Tragedy: Female Student Stabbed Male Student over Dispute
