Rev. E.M.F Oshoffa Delegates Powers to 9 Senior Clergy

The Pastor and Spiritual Head of the Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide, His Eminence, Rev. E.M.F Oshoffa, has appointed 9 members of the senior clergy to oversee spiritual and administrative duties in his absence during the 2026 Pastoral Working Tour of Europe, the UK, the USA, and Canada.

This appointment was contained in a memo made public by AVSE Kayode Ajala, MPIC, Head, Media and Publicity, of C.C.C Worldwide with reference CCC/EMF/PO-PD/AD-05/08-26, dated 8th August 2026.

The appointed delegates are:

2. AMSE G. Jerry

3. AMSE A. Okanlawon

4. AMSE S. Kuti

5. AMSE O. Olajide

6. AMSE Afis Kiki

7. AMSE E.O Bilesanmi

In the memo, His Eminence stated:

"In this capacity, you are authorised to resolve disputes arising in parishes, districts, areas, zones and regions that require urgent administrative attention. Where any matter is of a highly sensitive or critical nature requiring my direct intervention, you shall counsel the parties involved to exercise patience and maintain peace until my return."

He further charged them to discharge their duties "with utmost commitment to the call of duty, in strict adherence to the constitution, doctrines, and administrative policies of the Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide."

"May Almighty God grant you wisdom, understanding, and divine guidance as you faithfully carry out this responsibility," the statement read.

EFCC Gives Reasons for Freezing Osun State Government Account

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has placed a Post No Debit order on the bank accounts of the Osun State Government over alleged fraudulent handling of public funds to the tune of N11 billion. In a press statement released on Wednesday, the Commission said the action became necessary following suspicious movements of funds from state accounts since August 2, 2026. According to the EFCC, it has been investigating the Osun State Government since March 2026 regarding the alleged mismanagement of Ecology Funds, Intervention Funds, and Federal Account Allocation Committee, FAAC, allocations. The Commission disclosed that some officials of the state government, including the Accountant General, have been invited for questioning as part of the ongoing probe.
