CCC Agunloye Sets to Celebrate 54th Cantata Anniversary

All roads lead to the Celestial Church of Christ, Agunloye Cathedral, Ondo State Archdiocesan Headquarters, off Ondo Road, Isinkan, Agunloye Lane, Akure, on Sunday 3 May 2026 starting by 10:00 am as the general public is cordially invited to our 54th Service of Songs (Cantata Anniversary) tagged: "Sound of Abundant Rain" (1 Kings 18:41).   It is going to be a profound blessing outpouring—a Spirit-filled divine encounter that promises total transformation through an inspiring flow of undiluted hymns, praise and worship. Moreover, the service is going to be an awesome moment in God's presence where broken lives will be made whole, yokes will be destroyed, and divine joy will be restored from the depths of the heart. God’s blessings will overflow, and worshipers will not return the same, for the hand of God will be at work, with powerful worship, Spirit-filled prayers, and sacred music that will minister deeply to every soul in attendance. OWO CRISIS: DECLARATION OF DUSK-TO-DAWN CURFEW (7 PM - 6 AM)

PRESS STATEMENT 

Due to the ongoing violent cult clashes and security disturbances in Owo which have led to loss of lives, the Governor of Ondo State, Hon Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, has ordered a dusk-to-dawn (from 7 pm to 6 am) curfew in the town, till further notice.


All residents are required to remain indoors during the curfew. Only essential services, such as hospitals, emergency services, and law enforcement, will be exempted from the curfew.


The Governor has also asked security agencies in the State to enforce the curfew, ensure safety of lives, properties, arrest perpetrators of the violence and restore peace to the community.
